Why is data not syncing to my Apple Watch?
- Ensure your iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and within range.
- Ensure both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account.
- In the iPhone App's Settings, make sure the "Enable Watch App" toggle is ON.
- Try making a manual change in the iPhone App (e.g., edit cigarettes per day) to force a sync trigger.
Will I lose my data if I change my phone?
No. LiteBreath uses iCloud CloudKit to automatically sync your data. As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID on your new device, your quit days, achievements, and records will be automatically restored.
Why does the App need access to Health data (HealthKit)?
LiteBreath reads your Heart Rate and Oxygen Saturation data to visually demonstrate your body's physical recovery progress after quitting smoking. Additionally, when you complete a breathing exercise, we record the duration as "Mindful Minutes".
Promise: All health data is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to any third-party servers.
What is the Illusion Breaker?
It is a tool based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) cognitive restructuring techniques. When you crave a cigarette, it presents a common smoking excuse (an illusion). You physically pop this bubble to reveal the scientific truth behind it, helping you dismantle nicotine dependence psychologically.
If I subscribe to Pro, can my family use it?
Yes. If family sharing is enabled for your purchase, family members can restore the purchase to use Pro features for free.
